We are the USDA Certified agricultural mediation program for Delaware. As the Certified Program we provide mediation and other conflict resolution services to Delaware’s agricultural and rural community at no cost for covered matters and at no or little cost for other agricultural related matters.
Loraine is an experienced mediator, coach, facilitator, and trainer. Her career reflects extensive experience in public engagement, consensus building, organizational development, and dispute systems design. Loraine has many years of experience administering agricultural mediation programs in MA, RI, and CT and successfully mediating matters related to agriculture, environment, and land use.
Bill Logue has decades of experience as a mediator, facilitator, consensus builder, trainer, consultant and educator teaching mediation and dispute resolution. Bill mediates environmental, natural resource, employment, workplace, commercial, construction and other matters and specializes in facilitation of stakeholder engagement and consensus building processes. He has mediated agricultural matters in CT, MA and RI. He is admitted to practice law in Connecticut and Massachusetts (retired).
